@Oct 9, 2011 Guest - Hi I'm happy that you liked the talk last Saturday. I enjoyed giving it to your group that I sort of forgot that I was a bit sick then. Your group was special in the sense that a lot of you were willing to ask questions and share their thoughts. Congratulations on your contribution to our country. I really hope that parents always remember this so they will always find meaning in what they do, especially those who are full time homemakers. The poem BE THERE is really special to me because it more or less summarizes my take on parenting. I'm sure the tears you shed was a cleansing experience for you. i was one of the parents in southridge auditorium last oct. 8...it was really a great talk with you, my son is one of the school's afternoon boys..i am a tutor, at home, a disabled mom. i was happy because i can do what you have told us how to be a good parent, happy because it's a great contribution to our country, that i, despite of being disabled can be a useful citizen..you made me cry when i listened to your poem, kindly share with me that poem, i wish to share that also with other parents i know..thank you

You know when I was finalizing my manuscript for this book, I wrote down on a piece of paper my objective - i.e. What do I want my readers to feel during and after reading the book? and posted it on my wall as my guide.
